Sarah & Claire host Mama Tribe at lola every other week, it runs between 10-12 and it’s an opportunity for mothers to gather with their little ones in the prescene of wise and valuable women, offering an opportunity to get support, make connections and have a morning designed for you. This Week Clarie Griffin, a nutritionist will be joining the tribe to talk about recipes and practical ideas for new mums. Little ones will also recieve a 15 minute Cranio Sacral Treatment with Sarah & Dr Jill O’Hagan.
